9 Things To Do After A Long Day Of Dance


While some of us may only spend a few hours at the studio a week, for others, the studio has become a second home (because of how much we are there). But whether you spend all morning, all afternoon, all day, or even just a few hours at the dance studio, you need time to relax. And if you’re too exhausted from dance to think of what to do, we got you covered. We reached out to our dance community and asked them, what do you do after a long day of dance?

  1. Sleep

I think we all need to catch up on some Zzzs.

  1. Talking, Texting, and FaceTiming with my friends

Who doesn’t love chatting with their friends?!

  1. Going on social media

Got to catch up on everything we missed during dance class!

 

  1. Playing some video games

Now that dance is done, maybe I can finally beat that level!

 

  1. More dance

Who needs a break from dance, am I right?

 

  1. Eat

This is very important, don’t forget to eat!

 

  1. Read

I have to know what happens at the end of this chapter!

 

  1. Chill and Relax

Time to be lazy for a few minutes.

  1. Drink water

Remember to stay hydrated!
