As dancers hip flexors flexibility can be the difference between having your leg at 90 degrees or 180 degrees. And let's be honest who would not want to have their leg at a perfect 12 o'clock. From 0-90 degree it's all muscular but once you go past 90 degrees it's a lot more hip flexibility.
Struggling from tight hip flexors is common among many dancers. It can be caused by gripping in the front of the leg or sitting all day. Don’t worry though, we have five exercises that will help loosen those hips.
