Summer intensives often require an itinerary that is far more demanding than your typical dance schedule. With days that can be over eight hours long, it is important to listen to your body. Make sure that you are hydrating and eating nutrients that will help to fuel your body for optimal performance. After classes, take time to stretch and relax. At the first sign of injury, let your teacher know.
