Can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started practicing ballet at the age of 2, two hours a week for fun. At the age of 5, I entered the high-performance program, where my training hours increased. Now I have classes and rehearsals every day.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has not been easy. But all goals and objectives can be achieved with determination, discipline, and hard work.
What personal limitations if any did you go through in your young career?
I have trouble with flexibility.
Has anybody ever tried to limit you on what you could do? If so how did you fight it?
No, I have been fortunate to come across teachers who have always encouraged me to be better and not limit myself.
How do you conquer negative talk?
Avoid negative people and thoughts, and surround myself with optimistic people who help me to be better.
What is your favorite quote?
"Everything you do with love becomes magic." - Author Unknown
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I am training for the YGP final in Tampa and to audition soon in the national contest.
