Can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started at the age of 6 taking ballet classes at the same time as tae kwon do, a discipline in which at my young age I had already won several gold and silver medals. But I realized that the love of dancing was greater, so I decided to focus on my true passion.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It definitely hasn't been easy. In this career, patience and perseverance are required. I was used to winning medals in my previous discipline. It was difficult to see that I was not achieving the goals for which I worked so hard. I understood that I should strive and not give up.
What personal limitations if any did you go through in your young career?
My flexibility is my personal limitation for this reason; l work every day for increasing.
Has anybody ever tried to limit you on what you could do? If so how did you fight it?
Some people try to make you doubt your abilities in a very competitive career. Fortunately, my family has taught me to believe in myself and also appreciate the talent of others.
How do you conquer negative talk?
I think positively and believe in myself.
What is your favorite quote?

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Well, I have big plans for the next months. May and June contest, July summer intensive at Joffrey Ballet School, August summer intensive at Elite Classical Coaching, October Convention at Orizaba.... and of course, continue work every day for will be better.
