4. Sleep

Who doesn’t love a good nap? Getting enough sleep really does help your health. Not only does it allow your body to heal, but also it reduces stress levels too. Often stress and lack of sleep contribute to an individual getting sick at this time of year. So go get some shut-eye!

5. Avoid Contact

You just got done with your barre combinations and you have sweat dripping down your face. Before you go to wipe your face, STOP! Whether you can see them or not, germs linger for extended periods of time. That means that the barre is probably not as clean as you think. So, before you wipe your face go wash your hands or dry off with a clean towel instead.
