What Snacks Should You Eat Before Dance Class?
As a dancer, it can be so easy to grab a bag of candy to snack on before or between classes. After all, doesn’t candy taste so good! Of course, candy isn’t going to give you the proper nutrition you need. So whether you’re eating a snack before heading off to the studio, or you need to grab a quick bite to fuel yourself for your next class, we got you covered! We reached out to our dance community to help give you some ideas on what snacks to eat.
- Veggies with dip
This sounds so good. And dip makes everything better, right?
- Popcorn
This is a great snack to have between classes. Just don’t overwhelm your popcorn with too much seasonings.
- Fruit 🍓🍉🍎🍒🍌🍏🥭
This option is perfect if you find yourself reaching for all the fruit flavored candies. Plus, this option is healthier.
- Avocado toast 🥑
The perfect snack before heading off to the studio.
